All of us experience demands, threats or taxing situations during the course of a day. Stress is not exclusive to a highly paid executive, in fact, research shows that people who suffer from stress are of all age groups, walks of life and can be from either sex.
Some stress is necessary in our lives and relaxation is important for a healthy life. Getting the balance right is essential for optimum performance.

years and finds her expertise as a Yoga and Meditation teacher greatly

Stress Management Classes/Day Courses
Wednesdays:7.30pm - 9.00pm, Up Hatherley.
Fridays/Saturdays: Day Course 10.00am - 4.30pm, Up Hatherley or Churchdown. Small groups of 8 or 10 people. £70.00
The Stress Management Workshop is also held at Hawkwood College, a welcoming venue set in beautiful grounds in the lovely Painswick Valley, off the A46 in Stroud. Delicious lunch provided.
