Kum Nye - Tibetan Buddhist Yoga: Movement as Meditation
This movement meditation is suitable for anyone, particularly people who feel they cannot meditate and who find the sitting and more subtle forms of meditation difficult. An opportunity to learn a different form of Yoga.
These exercises are done in a slow, cyclical format, which enables our chi/prana to become balanced, then greater integration of mind and body takes place. These exercises are unlike Hatha Yoga in that they are not designed to improve our physical capability but to engage and awaken subtle energies.
