interCONNECTIONS - the Mind Body Spirit network

interCONNECTIONS began in April 1996 as an extension of Gloucestershire Connections, a bi-monthly holistic events guide that has been published since 1992. On February 15th 1997 it was re-launched as a national UK resource for people with a holistic approach to life - one that includes the emotional, spiritual and creative as well as the pragmatic and rational. Within the 'holistic movement' are many disparate people, ideas and experiences, who are linked less by ideology or shared beliefs than a willingness to be open to explanations of the universe and human psychology that differ from contemporary 'scientific' materialism.

At interCONNECTIONS you can find information on any number of subjects, from complementary health to the environment. The UK Holistic Events Guides, (one for each county in the UK) show you what's on in your area, and you can include your own event for only £5! To promote your event even further, you can print out the appropriate Event Guide and distribute it amongst your local holistic groups, health food shops, etc. It's a great way to publicise local events and generate local support and enthusiasm.

interCONNECTIONS also has an interactive element - in the Forum and MessageBoard sections you can join debates and discussions on holistic subjects (or start your own), or exchange news, messages or other information with other members of the holistic community.

interCONNECTIONS is being advertised widely in holistic magazines throughout the UK, making it a widely accessed point of reference for people seeking information and wanting to make contact.
