Rainbow Bridge

Rainbow Bridge is a vision quest for the healing power of the imagination, re-connecting us to the Web of Life. It is about both personal and transpersonal (Self/Soul) growth, making the connection between the two, which is called the Rainbow Bridge.

How? Through the Arts ... We use story; drawing; painting; making masks and dolls; dressing up; chanting; poetry and making poems; rhymes and riddles; dancing; music; stillness; and visits to sacred sites.

We learn to walk between the worlds and integrate them within ourselves. We are no longer a stranger in a strange land, cut off and isolated from our home.

A Series of Quests (workshops) which include

• Experiential work and making actual things (e.g. masks, ritual dolls, pictures, maps) which hold our experiences in working between two worlds

• Storytelling, journeying, day-dreaming, imaging, active imagination to explore the inner worlds and Otherworld of both Soul and Faerie

• The opportunity both to share and to hold things secret and sacred, within yourself

• Building and honouring sacred space

• Making and honouring sacred time

• Making loving relationships with Otherworld guardians and nature kingdoms.
