Developed by an Italian Psychiatrist, Dr Roberto Assagioli, at the time of the First World War, this therapy acknowledges the spiritual needs of the patient and that they can access a transpersonal or higher self. The patient is encouraged through analysis, imagining, movement and meditation, to uncover a new identity whose actions are guided by goodwill towards others and a strong impulse for change within themselves.
Notes: Often sought by those concerned with personal growth or who are confronting a mid-life crisis.
