This therapy has existed since the beginning of human history. Ancient tribes knew the value of working with people's dreams. It is not analytic or interpretative; it is more concerned with exploration to uncover the meaning and wisdom in all dreams. The process is transformative for those who follow their dreams; when we give attention to previously hidden aspects of our personalities by honouring our dreams, other dreams are often sent to us, deepening our relationship with our own unconscious minds and giving clues as to our journey towards true individuality.
Notes: Less of a 'therapy' than a journey toward self-actualisation.
